Functionality
Reliable automatic operating units as standard
The door is equipped with an electric drive unit 3 x 400 [V] from the recognized GfA Elektromaten brand as standard.
Aluminium Tracks
Installed along the lateral edges of the opening, they are fitted with brush gaskets and slides.
Emergency Opening
Allows you to open the door manually in case of a power outage using the crank or the chain hoist for emergency opening.
Distance Brackets
Ensure proper clearance between the profiles when the door curtain is wound to allow quiet operation of the door and to extend the life of the panels.
Winding Rings
As standard, the BR-100 roller doors are fitted with protective nylon covers, which are intended to minimize scratching of the door curtain.
Box
Mounted outside on the galvanized steel brackets, it ensures protection regardless of the weather conditions.
AW 100 Profile
A 100 mm long light aluminium profile, infilled with freon-free polyurethane foam.
Safety Edge
Mounted in the bottom gasket, it stops the door when it contacts an obstacle and returns it to its open position.
Moving Shaft
As it winds the curtain, it changes its position in relation to the lintel to keep the tracks of the moving curtain aligned.
